Refund and Warranty Policy

Leafy Legacy Horticulture does not offer any warranty on plants or any other services supplied. All sales are final. Upon delivery, all care of ordered plants is assumed by the purchaser with no responsibility for any maintenance falling upon Leafy Legacy Horticulture. There is a 14 day limited warranty for any damaged plants that are reported within this timeframe in writing and supplementary photo’s. This warranty only covers defective or dead plant material, and does not cover any damage incurred by pests, animals, improper planting or watering, or exposure occurred after delivery. All refunds or exchanges are handled at the sole discretion of the business owner.

Dispute Resolution

Warranty claims are handled at the sole discretion of the business owner. Email leafylegacyhorticulture@gmail.com with the following information to submit a claim.

  • Your name and order number
  • Written list of plant(s) affected and detailed photos showing the issue clearly
  • Detailed description of weather conditons, a description of the planting location (soil type, hardness, moisture), and all care given to the affected plant(s)
  • Your request of a refund or exchange.

Payments

Payment is required in full upon receiving your order, unless otherwise specified by Leafy Legacy Horticulture. If nobody is going to be present to receive the delivery, a 50% deposit is required in advance. Orders of $3000 or more require a 25% deposit in advance.

Delivery and Site access

All delivery times are approximates, and are subject to change based on weather, traffic, or other delays. Leafy Legacy Horticulture is not responsible for any damages occurred by obstructions at the delivery location. It is the customers responsibility to ensure safe and open access to the delivery location. If there are obstructions, or if it is unsafe to move the plant(s) to delivery site, Leafy Legacy Horticulture is not held responsible for transporting plant material to delivery site from the delivery address.
